About Me

My photo
College Student. Sometimes dancer. Aspiring fashion journalist and everyday style enthusiast. I started my blog back in 2010 on a whim, and now it has grown into the visual representation of the power that I believe fashion can have. It's not about having clothes it's about what you do with them, what you wear says who you are. Fashion is transformative, and a chic bag or outfit puts a smile on my face as much as a good book on a rainy day. My blog is about dressing the undergrad and young professional, because so little markets cater to our style. You've officially been accepted into The Undergrad Style File. DIY Pedicure + JCP Thong Sandals (similar here )
As per my birthday tradition, I like to plan several events leading up to my birthday. Since I'm turning 20 soon, I wanted to kick off the festivities by playing with a girlier style. I snatched up this vintage-feeling polka dot and chambray 2fer-dress at Charlotte Russe for twelve dollars. I added classically chic elements with a two-tone rose gold link watch. P.S. I'm watch obsessed now, it just feels classier than pulling out a phone to check the time. I kept the rest of the look simple with white thong sandals and cream-colored square frame sunglasses. The bow-detail satchel made me feel very NYC chic, bonus points for it being a cross-body bag. The final outfit was perfect for a summer-time cookout. Stay tuned for the next birthday outfit!

Stay stylish,
Tiff
